Water is vital for cooking Japanese dishes. There is a stone named Bakuhan Seki which is found in Gifu Prefecture. We immerse this stone in filtered water for a certain period of time to produce much better quality water. We use this water not only for cooking but for washing ingredients too.

I believe we can extract the deepest possible flavours from our ingredients through very thorough handing and processing.

After seeing the Nano Nature Water Filtration System demo, I was convinced by its functionality, ease of use and sophisticated design. Since I don’t have an electrical point near my sink, this product is perfect as no electricity is required. Plus it has the best flow rate by far, compared to other filters I have encountered.
